I want to take a minute to discuss a bit of my own personal journey with heart disease and share some of the things that you can’t really prepare for as we age and go through many treatments and major surgeries. The body can endure so many things. It is a miracle the way it works. The truth is though, there are some side effects that happen over time. I want to address one of those.
